Property Taxes
Property tax bills are issued in the month of October and due within 30 days. Questions or concerns may be brought to the Assessors in person or by letter. Property Assessment cards are available at the town office. Deeds are available at the County Courthouse in Farmington.

Please notify this office if you have added or removed any structures from your property, such as sheds, garages or additions.
NOTIFICATION OF REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES MUST BE MADE TO RECEIVE A REDUCTION IN TAX ASSESSMENT ON THAT STRUCTURE.
