Please notify this office if you have added or removed any structures from your property, such as sheds garages or additions.
NOTIFICATION OF REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES MUST BE MADE TO RECEIVE A REDUCTION IN TAX ASSESSMENT ON THAT STRUCTURE. See policy here
You may qualify for certain exemptions such as:
Homestead Exemption - for Maine residents only
Veteran’s Exemption – if you served during a recognized war period.
Please contact the Town Office for an application for either of these exemptions.
